Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine Lean Ground Beef (2 pound), Fish Sauce (1 tablespoon), Garlic (2 clove), Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (1 dash), and Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Form four medium size hamburger patties.
Place the burgers on the grill for about 5 minutes on the first side and flip.
Cook burgers for an additional 2 minutes. The last remaining minute add the Cheddar Cheese (4 slice) to allow for it to melt on the patties.
Remove from heat and let the patties rest before serving.
Place patties on top of Brioche Hamburger Bun (4) and garnish with Bacon (4 slice), Butter Lettuce (4 piece), Tomato (4 slice), Red Onion (as needed), and Mayonnaise (to taste). Enjoy!
