Step 1
Heat a skillet to medium-high heat and add the
Ground Beef (1 lb)
. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking up the meat up as it cooks until crumbly and browned.
Step 2
After the meat begins to brown, add the
Hoisin Sauce (1 Tbsp)
,
Oyster Sauce (1 Tbsp)
, and
Sriracha (1 tsp)
.
Step 3
Stir to combine. Then add
Water (1/4 cup)
to form a sauce.
Step 4
Taste the meat, and add
Soy Sauce (1 tsp)
. Add more teaspoons as desired. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and let the meat simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until the water is partially reduced and the meat is cooked through. If it gets too dry, add a little more water.
Step 5
Broil the
Hamburger Buns (4)
on the cut side until lightly toasted.
Step 6
To serve, pile some 2
Lettuce (1 cup)
on the bun bottoms.
Step 7
Add the meat,
Fresh Cilantro Leaves (1 handful)
, and
Scallions (1 bunch)
on top.
Step 8
Add extra sriracha over the meat if you'd like. Top with a bun top, and enjoy!
