Step 1
Peel the Banana (1) and add it to the blender. Peel and cut the Navel Orange (1) into quarters.
Step 2
To your blender, add the orange, banana, Kale (2 cups) , and Fresh Baby Spinach (1 cup) . Pour the Ice (1/2 cup) and Water (1/2 cup) over the fruits and vegetables. Secure the lid tightly on the blender.
Step 3
Start at a low speed, working your way higher and higher until the mixture has been processed completely and is the consistency of a smoothie. Serve.
