Dice the Bell Peppers (4 Tbsp) and Mushroom (1). In a small bowl, mix them with Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2), Milk (2 Tbsp), Light Shredded Cheese Blend (4 Tbsp), Bacon Bits (1 Tbsp), Salt (1 dash), and Ground Black Pepper (1 dash).
