Dice the Bell Pepper (1/4 cup) and Mushroom (1). In a small bowl, mix them with Eggs (2), Milk (2 Tbsp), Light Shredded Cheese Blend (1/4 cup), Bacon Bits (1 Tbsp), Salt (1 dash), and Ground Black Pepper (1 dash).
