Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Split the Chicken Breast (2) in half, then cut into strips and finally into small pieces.
Step 2
In a bowl add the chicken pieces and season with Salt (3/4 teaspoon), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon), Minced Dried Onion (2 teaspoon), Ground Turmeric (1 1/2 teaspoon), Dried Oregano (1 1/2 teaspoon) and Garlic Powder (1 1/2 teaspoon). Add in some Hot Sauce (3 tablespoon) and pour in the Buttermilk (1/4 cup). Mix everything together until thoroughly combined. Set aside in to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Add some All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cup) to the chicken and stir. Meanwhile heat some Cooking Oil (as needed) on high.
Step 4
Once the oil is hot, readjust to medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the oil and fry till golden brown. Don't overcrowd the pan so as to avoid dropping the temperature of the oil.
Step 5
As the chicken is ready, remove and set aside.
Step 6
To assemble the bowls, in a bowl add some Mashed Potatoes (to taste), Corn (to taste), and a few of the chicken pieces on top. Garnish with Shredded Cheese (to taste) if desired.
