step 1
Split the Chicken Breasts (2) in half, then cut into strips and finally into small pieces.
step 2
In a bowl add the chicken pieces and season with Salt (1 tsp), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp), Minced Dried Onion (2 tsp), Ground Turmeric (2 tsp), Dried Oregano (2 tsp) and Simply Organic Garlic Powder (sponsored) (2 tsp). Add in some Hot Sauce (3 Tbsp) and pour in the Buttermilk (4 Tbsp). Mix everything together until thoroughly combined. Set aside in to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
step 3
Add some All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups) to the chicken and stir. Meanwhile heat some Cooking Oil (as needed) on high.
step 4
Once the oil is hot, readjust to medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the oil and fry till golden brown. Don't overcrowd the pan so as to avoid dropping the temperature of the oil.
step 5
As the chicken is ready, remove and set aside.
step 6
To assemble the bowls, in a bowl add some Mashed Potatoes (to taste), Corn (to taste), and a few of the chicken pieces on top. Garnish with Shredded Cheese (to taste) if desired.
