Step 1
Split the
Tyson® Chicken Breasts (2)
in half, then cut into strips and finally into small pieces.
Step 2
In a bowl add the chicken pieces and season with
Salt (3/4 tsp)
,
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp)
,
Minced Dried Onion (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Ground Turmeric (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Dried Oregano (1/2 Tbsp)
and
Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
. Add in some
Hot Sauce (3 Tbsp)
and pour in the
Buttermilk (1/4 cup)
. Mix everything together until thoroughly combined. Set aside in to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Add some
All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups)
to the chicken and stir. Meanwhile heat some
Cooking Oil (as needed)
on high.
Step 4
Once the oil is hot, readjust to medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the oil and fry till golden brown. Don't overcrowd the pan so as to avoid dropping the temperature of the oil.
Step 5
As the chicken is ready, remove and set aside.
Step 6
To assemble the bowls, in a bowl add some
Mashed Potatoes (to taste)
,
Corn (to taste)
, and a few of the chicken pieces on top. Garnish with
Shredded Cheese (to taste)
if desired.
