Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), spray your donut pan and set aside.
Mix your Cake Flour (1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (2 tablespoon), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon) and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) . Add Apple Cider Vinegar (1/2 teaspoon), Egg (1), and Unsweetened Almond Milk (1/3 cup) mix well.
Gently fold in your diced Apple (1/2 cup) into the mixture.
Divide into your donut pan. Mix the Granulated Sugar (1 teaspoon) and Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon) in a small bag, sprinkle on the donuts.
Bake in oven for approximately 9 to 11 minutes. Enjoy!
