Apple Cinnamon Donuts

After a really cold walk out in a snow blizzard these apple cinnamon donuts were the perfect breakfast to warm me up, and my belly was thankful! Original recipe makes 4 donuts.

Ingredients

1/2 cup Cake Flour
2 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 separated Egg , white only
1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup Apple , diced into small pieces
Topping
1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), spray your donut pan and set aside.
STEP 2
Mix your Cake Flour (1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (2 tablespoon), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon) and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) . Add Apple Cider Vinegar (1/2 teaspoon), Egg (1), and Unsweetened Almond Milk (1/3 cup) mix well.
STEP 3
Gently fold in your diced Apple (1/2 cup) into the mixture.
STEP 4
Divide into your donut pan. Mix the Granulated Sugar (1 teaspoon) and Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon) in a small bag, sprinkle on the donuts.
STEP 5
Bake in oven for approximately 9 to 11 minutes. Enjoy!
