Mix your Cake Flour (1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) . Add Apple Cider Vinegar (as needed), Egg (1), and Unsweetened Almond Milk (1/3 cup) mix well.
