Apple Cinnamon Donuts

After a really cold walk out in a snow blizzard these apple cinnamon donuts were the perfect breakfast to warm me up, and my belly was thankful! Original recipe makes 4 donuts.

Granulated Sugar

Baking Powder

Eggland's Best Classic Egg , separated

1/3 cup

Unsweetened Almond Milk

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Spray your donut pan and set aside.

Mix your Cake Flour (1/2 cup) , Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) . Add Apple Cider Vinegar (1/2 tsp) , Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) , and Unsweetened Almond Milk (1/3 cup) mix well.

Gently fold in your diced Apples (1/2 cup) into the mixture.

Divide into your donut pan. Mix the Granulated Sugar (1 tsp) and Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp) in a small bag, sprinkle on the donuts.

Bake in oven for approximately 9 to 11 minutes. Enjoy!
