Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add Avocado (1) to medium bowl and use a fork to gently mash the avocado, still leaving some chunks.
Step 2
Add Egg (5), Sprouts Lowfat Plain Greek Yogurt (3 tablespoon), Red Onion (2 tablespoon), Scallion (1 tablespoon), Fresh Basil (1 tablespoon), Fresh Dill (1 teaspoon), Lemon Juice (1/2 tablespoon), Fine Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), and Smoked Paprika (1/4 teaspoon).
Step 3
Gently stir ingredients together until all flavors are thoroughly combined. Taste and add additional salt, pepper, lemon juice, or fresh herbs, according to your personal preference.
Step 4
To assemble sandwiches, layer half of the Multigrain Bread (8 slice) with 1-2 Red Leaf Lettuce (4 piece) each, then evenly divide the avocado egg salad mixture among the four slices.
Step 5
Evenly divide the Mixed Sprouts (1 cup) among sandwiches, then top with remaining bread slices. Cut, serve, and eat!
