Serves 4 really hungry people, otherwise, it can be stretched to 6 servings easily.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Place the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (4) in a 9x13-inch casserole dish and season it generously with the Salt (3 pinches), Ground Black Pepper (3 pinches), and Simply Organic Garlic Powder (3 pinches).

Evenly distribute the Cremini Mushrooms (2 1/4 cups) and Long Grain White Rice (1 cup) over and around the chicken, then pour in the Avocado Ranch Dressing (3 cups) and Chicken Stock (1 cup). Finally, sprinkle the Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp) evenly on top.
