Serves 4 really hungry people, otherwise, it can be stretched to 6 servings easily.

Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Place the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (4) in a 9x13-inch casserole dish and season it generously with the Salt (3 pinches) , Ground Black Pepper (3 pinches) , and Garlic Powder (3 pinches) .
Step 3
Evenly distribute the Cremini Mushrooms (2 1/4 cups) and Long Grain White Rice (1 cup) over and around the chicken, then pour in the Avocado Ranch Dressing (3 cups) and Chicken Stock (1 cup) . Finally, sprinkle the Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup) evenly on top.
Step 4
Bake the casserole for 1 hour, taking it out and stirring the rice every so often.
Step 5
When the casserole is done, place the Avocados (to taste) on top and serve immediately!
