In a medium bowl, mix together the sharp cheddar cheese, Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup), Cream Cheese (1/3 cup), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste), Jalapeño Pepper and Pimiento Peppers (2 Tbsp)

Divide the Ground Beef (1.5 lb) into four equal portions. Divide each portion into two halves (making the top and bottom of the stuffed burger) and season both sides well with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)

Place one patty half on a cutting board and layer 2 to 3 pieces baconss and 2 to 3 tbsp of jalapeno pimento mixture on top.
