Step 1
Cut the
Bacon (7 slices)
into half.
Step 2
Slice the
Tomato (1)
, Chop the
Jalapeño Peppers (2 Tbsp)
and Shred the
Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1)

In a medium bowl, mix together the sharp cheddar cheese,
Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup)
,
Cream Cheese (1/3 cup)
,
Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
,
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)
, Jalapeño Pepper and
Pimiento Peppers (2 Tbsp)
Step 4
Fry the Bacon in a pan until crispy. Set aside.
Step 5
Fry the
Eggs (4)
in a pan and set aside.
Step 6
Divide the
Ground Beef (1.5 lb)
into four equal portions. Divide each portion into two halves (making the top and bottom of the stuffed burger) and season both sides well with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
Step 7
Place one patty half on a cutting board and layer 2 to 3 pieces baconss and 2 to 3 tbsp of jalapeno pimento mixture on top.
Step 8
Put second half on top and press around the edges to seal the ingredients in. Make sure to form patties that are all equally thick so they cook through at the same pace.
Step 9
Heat a cast iron griddle with some canola oil on medium-high heat and grill the patties 5 to 6 minutes per side, until beef is cooked through and the cheese inside has melted.
Step 10
Place on a toasted burger bun slathered with some
Mayonnaise (to taste)
garnish with fried Tomato and spinach leaves or
Lettuce (to taste)
