Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Sprinkle a round pizza pan with a light layer of Cornmeal (1 Tbsp) .
Step 2
Add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) to a large sauté pan along with Sweet Onion (1) . Toss to coat and cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently for 15-20 minutes or until onions become soft and caramelized. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 3
While onions cook, roll the Gluten-Free Pizza Dough (1) out according to the package’s directions. Prebake pizza for 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Step 4
In the same skillet as you cooked the onions, add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) , followed by Garlic (3 cloves) . Cook 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently until fragrant.
Step 5
Add Baby Bella Mushrooms (8 oz) and stir until coated in olive oil and garlic. Add Water (1 Tbsp) , followed by Dried Thyme (1/2 tsp) , Dried Basil (1/2 tsp) , Sea Salt (1/4 tsp) , and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/8 tsp) . Stir until seasonings are well mixed, then cook 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender and browned.
Step 6
Add Frozen Shrimp (16) , tails removed, to the mushrooms, then stir and cook 2-3 minutes. Remove mushrooms and shrimp from the pan, leaving as much of the juice in the pan as possible, then set aside.
Step 7
In a small bowl, mix Water (1 Tbsp) and Corn Starch (1 tsp) . Add mixture to the hot pan with leftover seasoning and juice, along with 2% Reduced Fat Milk (1/4 cup) , Garlic Salt (1/4 tsp) , and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) . Bring to a low boil, then reduce heat and allow to simmer for 3-4 minutes or until thick. This does not make a large amount of sauce, but you just need enough for a light coating over the pizza.
Step 8
Top prebaked gluten-free pizza dough with sauce, followed by Fresh Baby Spinach (1 handful) , Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup) , caramelized onions, mushrooms, and shrimp. Finally, add Shaved Parmesan Cheese (1/3 cup) .
Step 9
Bake additional 5-6 minutes, or until cheese is melted and pizza is warmed through.
Step 10
Garnish with Fresh Parsley (to taste) , additional shaved parmesan, and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste) , if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
