Preheat oven to 430 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Into a bowl, add
Ground Coriander (1/2 Tbsp)
Ground Cumin (1 tsp)
Ground Cinnamon (1/4 tsp)
, zest and juice of the
Garlic (6 cloves)
Honey (1/2 cup)
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
. Mix until well-combined.
Chicken Wings (5.5 lb)
. Move the wings around and get them coated all over in that sweet spice mix.
Lay the wings out on a baking tray lined with foil or baking paper, and bake for 30 minutes.
While the wings are cooking, get started on your nut crumb. Into a food processor or mortar and pestle, add
Shelled Pistachios (2/3 cup)
Walnuts (1/3 cup)
Unsalted Almonds (2/3 cup)
. Break them down into small chunks and set aside.
Remove wings from the oven. Reduce the temperature to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C), and pour the nuts over both sides of the wings.
Return to the oven for 10 minutes or until the nuts have roasted slightly.
Serve wings up family-style!
