Step 1
Preheat oven to 430 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
Into a bowl, add Ground Coriander (2 teaspoon), Ground Cumin (1 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon), zest and juice of the Lemon (1), Garlic (6 clove), Honey (1/2 cup), and Olive Oil (2 tablespoon). Mix until well-combined.
Step 3
Add Chicken Wing (2.5 kilogram). Move the wings around and get them coated all over in that sweet spice mix.
Step 4
Lay the wings out on a baking tray lined with foil or baking paper, and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
While the wings are cooking, get started on your nut crumb. Into a food processor or mortar and pestle, add Shelled Pistachios (2/3 cup), Walnut (1/3 cup), and Unsalted Almonds (2/3 cup). Break them down into small chunks and set aside.
Step 6
Remove wings from the oven. Reduce the temperature to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C), and pour the nuts over both sides of the wings.
Step 7
Return to the oven for 10 minutes or until the nuts have roasted slightly.
Step 8
Serve wings up family-style!
