Chili Powder (1 Tbsp)

Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp)

Curry Leaves (1 sprig)
. Mix well for 5 minutes over a low flame.
Step 2
Halve the
Eggs (4)
and place them in the masalas. Let it fry for 1 minute.
Step 3
Flip the eggs carefully without damaging the yolk and roast for another minute. Switch off the flame. Yummy egg fry is ready.
