Heat oil in a pan. Add Chili Powder (1 tablespoon), Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon), Ground Turmeric (1 pinch), Ground Coriander (1 teaspoon), Salt (to taste), and Curry Leaf (1 sprig). Mix well for 5 minutes over a low flame.
Halve the Egg (4) and place them in the masalas. Let it fry for 1 minute.
Flip the eggs carefully without damaging the yolk and roast for another minute. Switch off the flame. Yummy egg fry is ready.
