Toast/griddle the Large Flour Tortilla (2).
Spread Creamy Horseradish Sauce (to taste) on the tortilla.
Add Iceberg Lettuce (to taste).
Top with Carrot (to taste), then with Red Cabbage (to taste).
Top with 1 or 2 bratwurst, fold-in the ends, then roll tight.
