Step 1
Slice the Truss Tomato (3) and place them on a serving plate. Next, chop the Cherry Tomato (200 gram) in half and add them around the medium tomatoes.
Step 2
Tear up the lovely Buffalo Mozzarella Ball (250 gram) and place it over the tomatoes. Pick the fresh Fresh Basil (1 bunch) off their stems and scatter them over the tomatoes and mozzarella.
Step 3
Finally, drizzle with cold pressed Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (to taste) and sprinkle with Sea Salt (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Serve with crusty bread or some crackers.
