This Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry is a classic Asian restaurant dish that is easy to make at home on a budget. Flavorful and great for a quick weeknight dinner!

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Into a mixing jug, add Sirloin Steak (1 lb), Sesame Oil (1/2 Tbsp), Fresh Ginger (1 tsp), Brown Sugar (1/2 Tbsp), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp), and Beef Stock (1 cup). Mix to combine, then let marinate for 10 minutes.
Into a hot wok, add Oil (1 tsp). Once warm, add the sirloin. Stir fry in batches for 30 seconds, then set aside to rest.
Into the wok over high heat, add Broccoli (1 head) and Beef Stock (1 cup). Stir fry for 3 minutes.
Return the sirloin and juices to the wok, along with Sesame Seeds (1 tsp). Stir fry for 1 minute, then remove the meat and broccoli but reserve the juices.
Mix Corn Starch (1/2 tsp) and Water (1 Tbsp), then add it to the wok to thicken the sauce. Cook for 30 seconds.
Plate the sirloin and broccoli, then drizzle the sauce over top. Garnish with additional sesame seeds.
