Step 1
Into a mixing jug, add
Angus Boneless Sirloin Beef (1 lb)
,
Sesame Oil (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Fresh Ginger (1 tsp)
,
Brown Sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp)
, and
Beef Stock (1 cup)
. Mix to combine, then let marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Into a hot wok, add
Oil (1 tsp)
. Once warm, add the sirloin. Stir fry in batches for 30 seconds, then set aside to rest.
Step 3
Into the wok over high heat, add
Broccoli (1 head)
and
Beef Stock (1 cup)
. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Return the sirloin and juices to the wok, along with
Sesame Seeds (1 tsp)
. Stir fry for 1 minute, then remove the meat and broccoli but reserve the juices.
Step 5
Mix
Corn Starch (1/2 tsp)
and
Water (1 Tbsp)
, then add it to the wok to thicken the sauce. Cook for 30 seconds.
Step 6
Plate the sirloin and broccoli, then drizzle the sauce over top. Garnish with additional sesame seeds.
