Step 1
In a bowl, whip
Yogurt (1 cup)
properly without forming lumps. Add
Ginger Garlic Paste (1 tsp)

Red Chili Powder (2 Tbsp)
,
Ground Turmeric (1 pinch)
,
Garam Masala (1 tsp)
,
Salt (1 Tbsp)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1 Tbsp)
. Mix well.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan, add the
Onions (1 cup)
and saute for 5 minutes, then add
Tomatoes (1 cup)
and saute for another 5 minutes, then add the
Bell Peppers (1 cup)
.
Step 3
Add the
Paneer (1 cup)
and the yogurt mixture and mix thoroughly. Let it cook for 8 minutes. Switch off the flame.
Step 4
Now take the
Tortillas (2)
and stuff the mix and grill it on a skillet for 2 seconds. The wraps are ready.
