The night before cooking, place the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh (1 lb) in a bowl and cover with half of the Unsweetened Almond Milk (1 cup). Soak overnight to tenderize chicken, stirring occasionally.

The next day, make your tahini waffles! Preheat a waffle iron to high heat. Mix the Unbleached All Purpose Flour (1 1/4 cups), Baking Powder (2 tsp), Salt (as needed), and Granulated Sugar (1 tsp) in a large bowl.
