Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish well with cooking spray.

Whisk the All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup), Baking Soda (1 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp), and Salt (1/2 tsp) together in a bowl.
