Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish well with cooking spray.

Whisk the
All-Purpose Flour (2 cups)

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup)

Baking Soda (1/2 Tbsp)

Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)

Salt (1/2 tsp)
together in a bowl.
Step 3
In another large mixing bowl, stir the
Dark Brown Sugar (1 1/4 cups)

Canola Oil (1/2 cup)
, and
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
together thoroughly.
Step 4
Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until you have a crumbly, almost dry mixture. This is normal. Then stir in the
Zucchini (1)
until the batter starts to soften and become thick.
Step 5
Transfer the batter to the baking dish and make sure it is in an even layer.
Step 6
Bake the tray for about 30 minutes, until the edges just start to crisp and the center is baked through.
Step 7
Let them cool completely for an hour, then cut and serve!
