I love to heat beef patties, they are lean (if made with lean beef, of course), tender and very nutritious. Eat your beef patties “naked” and enrich them with healthy mustard and avocado.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Dice up Beet (1) and Avocado (1/2). Dress them with Lemon Juice (to taste), Olive Oil (to taste), Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

On a hot grill or cast iron pan, cook the Beef Patties (2).
3.
Spread the Yellow Mustard (2 tbsp) on a plate. Lay the beef patty on top, and add the beet and avocado salad, garnish with Fresh Parsley (1 handful) and serve!
