over the top and sear for several minutes.

and cook until they're slightly crispy, then turn the sprouts over and stir around. Lastly, add the
Onions (1/2 cup)
and cook until the onion is soft.
Lower the heat and add
Gouda (1/2 cup)
Feta Cheese (1/2 cup)
Sour Cream (1/2 cup)
. Mix well, and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
To serve, you can plate this up family-style or use it as a side dish to roast chicken or another protein. Enjoy!
