In a large bowl, add in Ground Pork (13 oz), Ground White Pepper (1/8 tsp), Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp), Sherry Wine (2 Tbsp), Chicken Stock (1 Tbsp), Oyster Sauce (1 Tbsp) and vigorously mix together.

Fold the dumpling together and use your thumb to push the wrapper towards one side. Repeat.

Turn the stove to high heat and when the pan is hot, turn it down to medium and add in Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp).

Cook dumplings in batches of 8-10 at a time. Cook for about 30 seconds or until the bottom is golden brown.

Add in Water (2/3 cup). Add more if necessary. The dumplings should be 2/3 covered in water. Cover with a lid and for about 5 minutes to reduce the water.

Cover with lid and cook for 30 seconds. Remove the lid and turn off the heat. Use a plate that is roughly the same size as the pan, put it over the dumplings and flip it over. Tap the bottom of the pan several times to loosen the dumplings.
