Preheat oven to 420 degrees F (215 degrees C).
Crack the Egg (1) into a bowl.
In a bowl, mix together All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), Parmesan Cheese (1 cup), and Dried Rosemary (1 teaspoon).
Dip the Chicken Tenders (1 pound) into the egg, then dredge in the flour mixture.
Place chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Take out and serve with noodles or a dipping sauce.
