Cooking Instructions

Preheat your grill and grill pan to medium-high with lid closed.

Prepare Carrots (1 cup), Parsnips (1 cup), Red Onions (1 cup), Sweet Potatoes (1 cup), and Brussels Sprouts (1 cup) into uniformly sized pieces.
3.
Toss with the Olive Oil (as needed), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
4.
Place into the grill pan and cook until edges begin to blacken, shaking once or twice throughout.
