Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Remove the stems of Green Beans (1.5 pound) and season them with Olive Oil (1 teaspoon) and Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Pour beans onto two baking sheets, so they're not over-crowded. Roast for 10 minutes, flip and rotate their position in the oven, and roast for 6 to 7 minutes more.
To make the ketchup, blend Fresh Dill (2/3 tablespoon), Fresh Parsley (2/3 tablespoon), Fresh Basil (2/3 tablespoon), Garlic (1 clove), Cayenne Pepper (1 pinch), Fresh Ginger (1 pinch), Maple Syrup (1 teaspoon), Dijon Mustard (1 teaspoon), Olive Oil (2 tablespoon),Fresh Chives (1 tablespoon), Canned Tomato Purée (1 cup), Distilled White Vinegar (1 tablespoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste). Blend together. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve green beans and dip in the "ketchup".
