Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix together the Peanut Butter (1 cup), Eggs (2), and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp).
3.
Add the Brown Sugar (2/3 cup) and Oats (2/3 cup).
4.
Add Chocolate Chips (2/3 cup) and Baking Powder (1 tsp).
5.
Form about 20 small balls and put them on a baking tray that is lined with with parchment paper.
6.
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 9-11 minutes, until tops are slightly golden.
7.
Set aside to cool for 2 minutes, then remove from baking tray to cool completely. Enjoy!
