Place Extra Firm Tofu (2 blocks) into a bowl and add Better than Bouillon® Vegetable Base (2 cups) . Turn to coat each piece of tofu completely and let stand at least 15 minutes, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
Step 2
In a medium shallow bowl, whisk together All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup) , Breadcrumbs (1 cup) , Onion Powder (1 tsp) , Garlic Powder (1 tsp) , Paprika (1 Tbsp) , Cayenne Pepper (1 tsp) , Sea Salt (1 tsp) , and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) . Set aside.
