Place Extra Firm Tofu (2 blocks) into a bowl and add Better than Bouillon® Vegetable Base (2 cups). Turn to coat each piece of tofu completely and let stand at least 15 minutes, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.

In a medium shallow bowl, whisk together All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), Breadcrumbs (1 cup), Onion Powder (1 tsp), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Paprika (1 Tbsp), Cayenne Pepper (1 tsp), Sea Salt (1 tsp), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp). Set aside.
