Place Extra Firm Tofu (2 blocks) into a bowl and add Better than Bouillon® Vegetable Base (2 cups). Turn to coat each piece of tofu completely and let stand at least 15 minutes, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.

In a medium shallow bowl, whisk together All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), Breadcrumbs (1 cup), Simply Organic Onion Powder (1 tsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1 tsp), Paprika (1 Tbsp), Cayenne Pepper (1 tsp), Sea Salt (1 tsp), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp). Set aside.
