Step 1
Heat the Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) in a large, non-stick frying pan. Add the Garlic (1 clove) and fry for 1 minute, until it turns slightly golden in color.
Step 2
Add the Wild Mushrooms (7 oz) and Fresh Thyme (1/4 tsp) , then sauté for about 3 minutes, until the mushrooms soften and begin to release their juices.
