Hello Cilantro. Stop using cilantro just as a garnish and use it to infuse flavor into your meal. Enjoy this flavorful chicken for dinner tonight!
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
1/4 cup Lime Juice
1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro
6 clove Garlic
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Halve the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast.
Pound the chicken to an even thickness and place in a shallow baking pan.
Chop the Garlic and the fresh Fresh Cilantro. In a small bowl, mix Lime Juice, cilantro, garlic, Honey, Olive Oil, Salt and ground Ground Black Pepper.
Pour over chicken and turn pieces to coat evenly. Cover and chill 30 minutes or overnight.
Grill chicken till no longer pink inside 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
