Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Cook your
Spicy Chicken Sausage (1)
and
Center Cut Bacon (4 slices)
in a pan on the stove.
Step 3
Dice the
Onions (1/3 cup)
. In a separate pan cook your
Frozen Shredded Hash Browns (1 cup)
with your onions and
Green Bell Peppers (1/4 cup)
,
Cajun Seasoning (1/2 tsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 4
Spray a 6 hole regular muffin pan with non stick cooking spray. Use 2
Wonton Wrappers (12)
, push down into muffin cup, lightly spray the wonton wrappers.
Step 5
Cut up your cooked sausage into small pieces and crumble up your cooked bacon, and add to your hash brown mixture.
Step 6
Use
Light Shredded Cheese Blend (2 1/2 Tbsp)
and sprinkle in the bottom of your wonton cups.
Step 7
Divide your hash brown mixture into your 6 cups.
Step 8
Top with remaining
Light Shredded Cheese Blend (2 1/2 Tbsp)
.
Step 9
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, serve immediately. Enjoy!
