Cook your Spicy Chicken Sausage (1) and Center Cut Bacon (4 slices) in a pan on the stove.

Dice the Onion (1/3 cup). In a separate pan cook your Frozen Shredded Hash Browns (1 cup) with your onions and Green Bell Peppers (4 Tbsp), Cajun Seasoning (as needed), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Spray a 6 hole regular muffin pan with non stick cooking spray. Use 2 Wonton Wrappers (12), push down into muffin cup, lightly spray the wonton wrappers.
