Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Cook your Spicy Chicken Sausage (1) and Center Cut Bacon (4 slice) in a pan on the stove.
Dice the Onion (1/3 cup). In a separate pan cook yourFrozen Shredded Hash Browns (1 cup) with your onions and Green Bell Pepper (1/4 cup), Cajun Seasoning (1/2 teaspoon) and Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Spray a 6 hole regular muffin pan with non stick cooking spray. Use 2 Wonton Wrappers (12), push down into muffin cup, lightly spray the wonton wrappers.
Cut up your cooked sausage into small pieces and crumble up your cooked bacon, and add to your hash brown mixture.
Use Light Shredded Cheese Blend (1/6 cup) and sprinkle in the bottom of your wonton cups.
Divide your hash brown mixture into your 6 cups.
Top with remaining Light Shredded Cheese Blend (1/6 cup).
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, serve immediately. Enjoy!
