Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C). Prepare a 9x13 pan.

Mix Cake Flour (2 1/3 cups), Granulated Sugar (1 2/3 cups), Baking Soda (2 tsp), Salt (1/2 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp), Ground Ginger (1/8 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (1/8 tsp), Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) and Butter (1/2 cup) a large bowl. Beat until well combined.

Add the Apples (4 cups) and Walnuts (1 cup) and mix until the apples release some of their juice and the stiff mixture becomes a thick batter.

Spread the batter in the prepared pan, smooth out.
5.
Bake the cake for 45 minutes or until testing the center with toothpick comes out clean. Remove and cool.
6.
Serve and enjoy!
