For the dressing, combine Olive Oil (6 tablespoon), Balsamic Vinegar (1/4 cup) and Dijon Mustard (2 tablespoon).
Add in minced Fresh Dill (2 tablespoon), Lemon (3 tablespoon) and Salt and Pepper (1 dash). Mix well and set aside.
Divide all the ingredients into 4 portions and in each jar, layer the ingredients as follows: Pour in the dressing.
Add in pitted Kalamata Olives (1/4 cup).
Add in Feta Cheese (1/2 cup).
Spoon in Couscous (2 cup).
Top with Cherry Tomato (1 1/2 cup), Cucumber (1), and Romaine Lettuce (2 cup).
Place jars in the fridge and consume within 5 days. Enjoy!
