For the dressing, combine Olive Oil (6 tablespoon), Balsamic Vinegar (1/4 cup) and Dijon Mustard (2 tablespoon).
Add in Fresh Dill (2 tablespoon), 3 Tbsp of juice from the Lemon (1), and Salt and Pepper (1 dash). Mix well and set aside.
Divide all the ingredients into 4 portions and in each jar, layer the ingredients as follows: Pour in the dressing.
Add in pitted Kalamata Olives (1/4 cup).
Add in Feta Cheese (1/2 cup).
Spoon in Couscous (2 cup).
Top with Cucumber (1), Romaine Lettuce (2 cup), and Cherry Tomato (1 1/2 cup).
Place jars in the fridge and consume within 5 days. Enjoy!
