Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 square baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add in Vegetable Oil (1/4 cup).
Add in Granulated Sugar (2 cup), Guinness® Stout Beer (3/4 cup), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon) as well.
Add Salted Butter (1/4 cup) and Egg (2) and mix until combined well.
In another medium sized bowl, combine All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) and Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder (2/3 cup).
Slowly add dry ingredients to the egg mixture until well combined.
Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 35-38 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs. Allow brownies to cool.
To make ganache, combine Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (5 ounce), Guinness® Stout Beer (2 tablespoon) and Butter (3 tablespoon) in a saucepan until Guinness gets hot and butter starts to melt.
Whisk together the chocolate mixture until smooth.
Add Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/4 cup) and whisk until smooth.
Pour ganache over brownies and spread into an even layer. Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes.
Once cooled, cut into 3-inch squares or desired size.
Serve with ice cream and enjoy!
