Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 square baking pan and line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, add in
Vegetable Oil (1/4 cup)

Add in
Granulated Sugar (2 cups)

Guinness® Stout Beer (3/4 cup)
, and
Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
as well.
Step 4
Add
Salted Butter (1/4 cup)
and
Eggs (2)
and mix until combined well.
Step 5
In another medium-sized bowl, combine
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
and
Dark Cocoa Powder (2/3 cup)
.
Step 6
Slowly add dry ingredients to the egg mixture until well combined.
Step 7
Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
Step 8
Bake for 35-38 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs. Allow brownies to cool.
Step 9
To make ganache, combine
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (3/4 cup)
,
Guinness® Stout Beer (2 Tbsp)
and
Butter (3 Tbsp)
in a saucepan until Guinness gets hot and butter starts to melt.
Step 10
Whisk together the chocolate mixture until smooth.
Step 11
Add
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/4 cup)
and whisk until smooth.
Step 12
Pour ganache over brownies and spread into an even layer. Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes.
Step 13
Once cooled, cut into 3-inch squares or desired size.
Step 14
Serve with ice cream and enjoy!
