Step 1
Pour the 15 Bean Soup Mix (3 cups) in a large mixing bowl and add plenty of cold tap water. Let the beans soak overnight.
Step 2
In a high pan, pour a good splash of Olive Oil (as needed) and place it over medium heat. Once hot, add the Yellow Onion (1) , Garlic (5 cloves) , Fresh Rosemary (2 sprigs) , and Bay Leaves (3) . Stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
