Step 1
Place the undrained Canned Chickpeas (1 cup) , Sesame Seeds (1/2 cup) , Garlic (3 cloves) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup) , Lemon Juice (2 Tbsp) , Sea Salt (3/4 tsp) , Ground Cumin (1/4 tsp) , Chipotle Pepper (1) , and Adobo Sauce (1 tsp) in food processor or blender.
Step 2
Blend the chickpeas and ingredients until smooth.
Step 3
Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, garnish with a little more extra virgin olive oil (1/4 cup), if desired. Sprinkle with Fresh Parsley (to taste) and Smoked Paprika (to taste) .
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
