Place the undrained Canned Chickpeas (1 cup), Sesame Seeds (1/2 cup), Garlic (3 cloves), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), juice from Lemon (1), Sea Salt (1 tsp), Ground Cumin (as needed), Chipotle Pepper (1), and Adobo Sauce (1 tsp) in food processor or blender.

Blend the chickpeas and ingredients until smooth.

Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, garnish with a little more extra virgin olive oil (1/4 cup), if desired. Sprinkle with Fresh Parsley (to taste) and Smoked Paprika (to taste).
