Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat Oil (1 Tbsp) in a heavy bottom pan. Add the Garlic (2 cloves) and sauté for a few seconds.
2.
Add the Red Bell Pepper (1) and half of the Scallions (1 bunch). Season with Salt (to taste), Ajinomoto (1 tsp) and Peppercorns (2 tsp) and fry for few more seconds. Take care that the veggies are not overdone.
3.
Add the Paneer (1 cup) and cook until fried.
4.
Add cooked White Rice (2 Tbsp), Green Chili Paste (1 Tbsp), and Soy Sauce (2 tsp). Mix until fully combined.
5.
Top with remaining scallion and serve.
