Step 1
Heat
Oil (1 Tbsp)
in a heavy bottom pan. Add the
Garlic (2 cloves)
and sauté for a few seconds.
Step 2
Add the
Red Bell Pepper (1)
and half of the
Scallions (1 bunch)
. Season with
Salt (to taste)

Ajinomoto (1 tsp)
and
Peppercorns (1/2 Tbsp)
and fry for few more seconds. Take care that the veggies are not overdone.
Step 3
Add the
Paneer (1 cup)
and cook until fried.
Step 4
Add cooked
White Rice (2 Tbsp)
,
Green Chili Paste (1 Tbsp)
, and
Soy Sauce (1/2 Tbsp)
. Mix until fully combined.
Step 5
Top with remaining scallion and serve.
