Fill a saucepan with water.
Bring to a simmer. When you see bubbles on the bottom of the water, add Distilled White Vinegar (2 tablespoon).
Once water is at a rapid simmer, but not a boil, you are ready to add the egg.
Crack an Egg (1) into a small bowl and gently slide into the pan.
Cook egg for 4 minutes.
Remove with a slotted spoon.
Serve over toast and enjoy!
