Combine All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Salt (1/2 tsp), and Vegetable Shortening (1/3 cup) in a mixing bowl. Mix ingredients, adding Water (2 Tbsp) as needed until ingredients come together into a dough.

Use flower cookie cutter to cut out flowers. Press flowers into greased muffin tin cups.
