Step 1
Combine All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Salt (1/2 tsp) and Vegetable Shortening (1/3 cup) and Vegetable Shortening (1 Tbsp) in a mixing bowl. Mix ingredients, adding Water (2 Tbsp) as needed until ingredients come together into a dough.
Step 2
Turn dough out onto floured surface. Roll out to 1/4 in thickness.
Step 3
Use flower cookie cutter to cut out flowers. Press flowers into greased muffin tin cups.
Step 4
In another bowl, whisk together Eggs (2) , Milk (1 cup) , Cheese (1/4 cup) and Salt and Pepper (to taste) . Spoon filling into the flower cups.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 25-30 minutes.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
