Cooking Instructions
1.
Combine All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Salt (as needed), and Vegetable Shortening (1/3 cup) in a mixing bowl. Mix ingredients, adding Water (2 Tbsp) as needed until ingredients come together into a dough.

Turn dough out onto floured surface. Roll out to 1/4 in thickness.

Use flower cookie cutter to cut out flowers. Press flowers into greased muffin tin cups.

In another bowl, whisk together Eggs (2), Milk (1 cup), Shredded Cheese (4 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Spoon filling into the flower cups.

Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 25-30 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
