Step 1
Start by chopping the Green Bell Pepper (1) and Onion (1/2) up into chunks to put in your food processor. Then put the chunks in your food processor and pulse until you have a smooth, somewhat watery paste. Add this to your Canned Black Beans (2 cups) .
Step 2
Your next step is to mash the beans either with a fork or with the food processor.
Step 3
After that, mix in the Hot Sauce (1/2 tsp) , beaten Egg (1) , Chili Powder (1 Tbsp) , Ground Cumin (1 Tbsp) , Garlic (1 clove) , Taco Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp) , and Cayenne Pepper (1 tsp) . Add the Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup) in 1/2 cup increments.
Step 4
Then form your mixture into patties.
Step 5
Bake your burgers at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Serve on a bun or lettuce wrap.
