Cooking Instructions
1.
Start by chopping the Green Bell Pepper (1) and Onion (1/2) up into chunks to put in your food processor. Then put the chunks in your food processor and pulse until you have a smooth, somewhat watery paste. Add this to your Canned Black Beans (2 1/3 cups).
2.
Your next step is to mash the beans either with a fork or with the food processor.
3.
After that, mix in the Hot Sauce (as needed), beaten Egg (1), Chili Powder (1 Tbsp), Ground Cumin (1 Tbsp), Garlic (1 clove), Taco Seasoning (2 tsp), and Cayenne Pepper (1 tsp). Add the Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup) in 1/2 cup increments.
4.
Then form your mixture into patties.
5.
Bake your burgers at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Serve on a bun or lettuce wrap.
