Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Peel and dice the
Potato (1)
, then simmer in salted water until soft but not falling apart. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Slice the
Onion (1)
and saute in an oven-safe skillet
Olive Oil (as needed)
until translucent.

Preheat your broiler.
Step 4
Add
Plum Tomatoes (2 lb)
face-up and season with
Kosher Salt (to taste)
and
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
. Broil until starting to caramelize.
Step 5
Return the pan to the stove. Add
Water (2 cups)
and
Garlic Paste (1 tsp)
, and simmer until tomatoes have broken down and a sauce has developed for about 20 minutes.
Step 6
Add potatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Mix
Shrimp (10 oz)
with
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
,
Kosher Salt (to taste)
,
Garlic Paste (1 tsp)
and
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
.
Step 8
Add the shrimp and
Green Peas (1/2 cup)
to the tomatoes. Mix and check and adjust seasoning.
Step 9
Add
Eggs (5)
and sprinkle eggs with
Kosher Salt (to taste)
. Simmer slowly until eggs are cooked the way you like them. If you like your eggs more cooked than I do, put them under the broiler for a couple of minutes.
Step 10
Meanwhile, cut the
Pretzel Rolls (2)
in halves.
Step 11
Brush with
Garlic Paste (1 tsp)
Step 12
Grill or toast rolls until golden.
Step 13
Sprinkle eggs with herbs of your choice.
Step 14
Serve eggs dish with grilled rolls. Serve and enjoy!
