Peel and dice the Potato (1), then simmer in salted water until soft but not falling apart. Drain and set aside.
Slice the Onion (1) and saute in an oven-safe skillet Olive Oil (to taste) until translucent.
Preheat your broiler.
Add Plum Tomato (2 pound) face-up and season with Kosher Salt (to taste) and Cayenne Pepper (to taste). Broil until starting to caramelize.
Return the pan to the stove. Add Water (2 cup) and Garlic Paste (1 teaspoon), and simmer until tomatoes have broken down and a sauce has developed for about 20 minutes.
Add potatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix Shrimp (10 ounce) with Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Kosher Salt (to taste), Garlic Paste (1 teaspoon) and Olive Oil (1 tablespoon).
Add the shrimp and Green Peas (3 ounce) to the tomatoes. Mix and check and adjust seasoning.
Add Egg (5) and sprinkle eggs with Kosher Salt (to taste). Simmer slowly until eggs are cooked the way you like them. If you like your eggs more cooked than I do, put them under the broiler for a couple of minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the Pretzel Rolls (2) in halves.
Brush with Garlic Paste (1 teaspoon)
Grill or toast rolls until golden.
Sprinkle eggs with herbs of your choice.
Serve eggs dish with grilled rolls. Serve and enjoy!
