Step 1
In a 2 cup glass measuring cup or bowl, combine the Onions (2 Tbsp) , Granulated Sugar (1/2 Tbsp) , Poppy Seeds (1/2 Tbsp) , White Wine Vinegar (1 1/2 Tbsp) , Mayonnaise (1/2 cup) , Buttermilk (3/4 cup) , Lemons (to taste) and Lemon Juice (1/2 Tbsp) .
Step 2
Whisk to combine and season with Kosher Salt (1/4 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) to taste. Set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the Salad Greens (6 cups) , Carrot (1) , Cucumbers (3/4 cup) , Fresh Strawberries (1 1/2 cups) , Feta Cheese (1/2 cup) , Pumpkin Seeds (1/4 cup) , Almonds (1/4 cup) , and Pea Shoots (to taste) , if using.
Step 4
Serve with dressing on the side.
