Cooking Instructions

In a 2 cup glass measuring cup or bowl, combine the Onion (2 tablespoon), Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 teaspoon), Poppy Seeds (1 1/2 teaspoon), White Wine Vinegar (1 1/2 tablespoon), Mayonnaise (1/2 cup), Buttermilk (3/4 cup), zest and juice from Lemon (1).

Whisk to combine and season with Kosher Salt (1/4 teaspoon) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon) to taste. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the Salad Greens (6 cup), Carrot (1), Cucumber (3/4 cup), Fresh Strawberry (1 1/2 cup), Feta Cheese (1/2 cup), Pepitas (4 tablespoon), Almonds (4 tablespoon), and Pea Shoots (to taste), if using.

Serve with dressing on the side.
