Mix Brown Sugar (1/4 cup), Soy Sauce (1/4 cup), Garlic Powder (2 teaspoon) and Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon) together in a plastic bag to make chicken marinade.
Chop Chicken Breast (2) and add to chicken marinade bag, making sure chicken is coated in chicken marinade. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
Mix Distilled White Vinegar (1/4 cup), Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), Garlic Powder (2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon) and Seasoned Salt (1 teaspoon) in a separate plastic bag to make vegetable marinade.
Chop your choice of Mixed Vegetables (3 cup) into large chunks and add to vegetable marinade bag, making sure vegetables are coated in marinade. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
Create kebabs by skewering meat and vegetables.
Grill until internal temperature of meat is 165 degrees F (75 degrees C) or higher, or bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) until meat is fully cooked.
Serve over rice and enjoy!
