Step 1
For dough, combine
Whole Wheat Flour (1 1/2 cups)

Granulated Sugar (1 tsp)

Salt (3/4 tsp)

Instant Dry Yeast (1/4 tsp)

Add
Olive Oil (1/2 Tbsp)
, and then add
Water (2/3 cup)
, a little at a time so that the dough holds, until soft dough forms. Cover and place in refrigerator for a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 3 days.
Step 3
Remove from refrigerator and let sit for 15 minutes. Roll out on a piece of parchment paper or baking sheet.
Step 4
For sauce, whisk together
Tomato Sauce (1 cup)
,
Granulated Sugar (1 tsp)
,
Garlic (1 clove)
,
Salt (1/4 tsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
, and
Italian Seasoning (1 tsp)
together in a bowl. Spread sauce on pizza.
Step 5
Add
Mozzarella Cheese (to taste)
,
Onions (to taste)
,
Green Bell Peppers (to taste)
,
Roma Tomatoes (to taste)
and
Fresh Baby Spinach (to taste)
to top the pizza.
Step 6
Bake at 500 degrees F (260 degrees C) for 10-15 minutes on a heated stone or baking sheet. Enjoy!
