For dough, combine Whole Wheat Flour (1 1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 teaspoon), Salt (3/4 teaspoon), and Instant Dry Yeast (1/4 teaspoon).
Add Olive Oil (1/2 tablespoon), and then add Water (2/3 cup), a little at a time so that the dough holds, until soft dough forms. Cover and place in refrigerator for a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 3 days.
Remove from refrigerator and let sit for 15 minutes. Roll out on a piece of parchment paper or baking sheet.
For sauce, whisk together Tomato Sauce (8 ounce), Granulated Sugar (1 teaspoon), Garlic (1 clove), Salt (1/4 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), and Italian Seasoning (1 teaspoon) together in a bowl. Spread sauce on pizza.
Add Mozzarella Cheese (to taste), Onion (to taste), Green Bell Pepper (to taste), Roma Tomato (to taste) and Fresh Baby Spinach (to taste) to top the pizza.
Bake at 500 degrees F (260 degrees C) for 10-15 minutes on a heated stone or baking sheet. Enjoy!
