Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Put a saucepan on low heat and add 4 generous table spoons of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (to taste)
Step 2
Add the finely chopped Onion (1/4) and chopped Carrot (1) to the saucepan.
Step 3
Add the Osso Buco (400 gram) and stir alltogether.
Step 4
Once the meat is browned on both sides, but not yet cooked through, add the sliced Mushroom (100 gram) and stir once again.
Step 5
Once the meat has cooked for 3-4 minutes, add the Vegetable Stock (400 milliliter) and stir through.
Step 6
Increase the heat of the stove and leave to simmer for another 2 minutes so the meat and mushrooms can get familiar!
Step 7
Now, add the Finely Chopped Tomatoes (800 gram) and stir once again.
Step 8
The kitchen should be starting to smell incredible!
Step 9
Time now for the seasoning. Add a pinch of salt, a sprinkle of Dried Mixed Herbs (1 pinch), chopped Fresh Parsley (1 bunch) and a handful of chopped Fresh Basil (1 bunch).
Step 10
Finally, add the White Beans (1 can), Butter Beans (1 can), and Black Olives (12) to your mixture.
Step 11
Make sure the stove remains on a medium heat and let this cook for at least 25 minutes. You should leave the lid on and every 5-6 minutes check and stir the ingredients.
Step 12
After 25 minutes has passed, remove the lid from your saucepan and grate some Parmesan Cheese (to taste) cheese over the top.
Step 13
Check that your sauce is not too runny and not too dense. You can now switch off the stove.
Step 14
Transfer a portion of your mix to a plate and add a small pinch of pepper.
Step 15
For a final hit of flavor, you might also want to add a few fresh pieces of parsley on top - and this will make your dish smell and taste even more vibrant. Serve and enjoy!
